a. Powered by photovoltaic panels alone, the no-load speed of the photovoltaic vehicle is 0-20KM, and the load 200KG speed is 0-15KM.

b. Powered by photovoltaic panels and battery packs at the same time, the no-load speed of the photovoltaic car is 0-35KM, and the load of 200KG is 0-25KM per hour.

c. The working voltage of the photovoltaic vehicle is DC72V. When the photovoltaic vehicle is not running and there is sunshine, the battery pack is powered by the photovoltaic panel. When there is no sunshine and there is a charging demand, the battery pack must be charged by the city power supply.

d. In a sunny environment, the fatal flaw of the photoelectric vehicle being exhausted without electricity and unable to continue driving.
